What is Coaching?  And what it’s not…

Before I became certified as a life coach, I thought it would be my job to give my future clients advice. But through my education and training I learned that coaching is so much more than just having a conversation. Coaching cultivates deep connections between the coach and the client. It creates a safe space for individuals to feel seen, heard, and valued.

The coaching experience is a very unique way of exploring your thoughts and your feelings about specific goals you want to attain in your life. As your coach, I am committed to always leading with curiosity, and leaning into those thought provoking questions. As your coach, I will help you create a strong sense of self-awareness that may evoke specific feelings or thoughts you may have never explored before.

Coaching is not about giving advice or delving into the past. The beautiful and transformative experience of coaching gives the individual an opportunity to focus on the present moment. That is what I love most about coaching: the focus is on the present and future possibilities. When we truly believe in our own strengths and capabilities, our minds and our hearts become open to positive and sustainable change.

I know firsthand how powerful a coaching session can be because I’ve experienced it for myself. If I were to be completely transparent and honest, coaching is not for everyone. Coaching is for people who are ready for change in their lives. Who have a deep desire to let go of the pain and get unstuck.

Coaching involves co-creation, nurturing, and empowering the individual to reach new heights of mindfulness and awareness. You are the expert in your life, I am here to collaborate with you and support you on your journey of self-discovery and limitless possibilities.

As your coach, I am here to partner with you, to be an empathetic listener, and inspire you to unlock your full potential. I am here to help you realize that you already have everything within you to create positive change in your life. If you’re ready, I’m here for you.
