You are created beautiful and whole. And you were not designed to β€œmother” alone, it takes a village to raise a child and mothers need a village too.

I’m Annalisa, and as a certified life coach, I help moms just like you navigate motherhood, mental health, and everything that comes with it.

You deserve a safe, judgment-free space to develop the tools you need to succeed, to feel good about the mom you are, and to develop the resilience to face any challenges along the way.

Trust me, I know how you feel.

Early motherhood for me was like trying to steer a ship in the middle of a hurricane. I couldn’t find my bearings, couldn’t find peace, and couldn’t be the mom I always wanted to be. I remember feeling alone, ashamed, and simply not enough.

My own needs? They quickly fell to the bottom of the list, and I quickly burnt out. My mental health suffered, and I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. I knew something needed to change.

As an early childhood educator, I have gotten to know every type of parent. No matter where we come from, we all seem to suffer from the same challenges and feelings of β€œmom guilt,” the same overwhelming feelings that magnify our insecurities and give our inner critic a louder voice.

And let’s be real - when we’re in the thick of it, there’s no bath that has enough bubbles to really make a difference. We need more than surface-level self-care.

My life changed when I reached out for help. When I recognized that if the village didn’t show up, I had to go find itβ€”within myself and through a coach of my own. I saw first-hand how transformative quality coaching was and how it gave me the tools to navigate my own mental health struggles.

Today, I am not the perfect mom, but I am a happy momβ€”a resilient mom who knows how to give myself a little compassion on the days when I need it. A mom who has the clarity to appreciate the moments with my family, cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie.

When I began seeing that I could heal, I made a promise to myself: I would not sit by and watch other moms suffer in silence.

I would use my ability to ask insightful questions and provide a compassionate listening ear to help make a mom’s load a little lighter. I would use all my life experiences and my work with children to empower moms like you, to help you feel seen, heard, and truly appreciated.

So if you are tired of struggling and are ready to gain some insights and helpful strategies (as well as the occasional conversation about 90’s slow jams), let’s book a call and talk about it.

Having the opportunity to participate in Annalisa’s Fall in Love Again workshop was a blessing! The transparency/vulnerability from Annalisa and the other participants made it exactly what the mom community needs. It was insightful with great self-reflections and questions about ourselves and the relationship with our spouse. I highly recommend Annalisa’s workshops as she does everything from the heart.

I recently attended Annalisa's "Fall in Love...Again" workshop. It was a well balanced mix of new knowledge and journal prompts that allowed me to reflect on my own, current situation. I was impressed with how much research and thought went into the presentation to make sure all participants felt it was a safe place to be vulnerable and share if we felt led. It was a great workshop where I got to meet and connect with other moms in similar situations. I'll definitely be attending future similar workshops should she host them!

I loved your content and the process you delivered the information with. That kind of research-based information resonates with me. Your intro, check-in, agreements, and outline were very nice to have for someone who likes to know the plan. The journal prompts were super good as well.

Working with Annalisa in her 1:1 coaching has been a great experience. Before working with her I always felt like I was doing something wrong as a parent and I had so much guilt. Annalisa helped me to acknowledge my own feelings about motherhood in a way that was completely judgment free and positive. I always felt like her space was safe to discuss anything I was going through. She listened to me attentively and she helped me understand that I have all the answers within myself. She made me feel strong, powerful and capable. I would recommend working with Annalisa to anyone who is looking for a coach and mentor.
